KATSEYE, the global girl group from HYBE and Geffen Records, has set a new career-high on Spotify with its latest single “Animal,” HYBE LABELS said on July 26.
On Spotify’s latest chart dated July 24 (local time), “Animal” climbed to No. 4 on Daily Top Songs USA — the group’s highest placement ever on that chart, topping its earlier hits “Internet Girl” (No. 6) and “PINKY UP” (No. 10).
The track also entered Daily Top Songs Global at No. 9 and charted across 47 countries and regions in all, including Canada (No. 7) and the United Kingdom (No. 15).
Fastest MV yet, with a Hollywood cameo
The music video for “Animal” — which features Hollywood actress Demi Moore — surpassed 10 million YouTube views within a day of release, the quickest any KATSEYE video has reached the mark.
KATSEYE is the first girl group from HYBE and Geffen Records to debut and promote in the United States. This past May, the group took home three trophies at the 2026 American Music Awards, among them New Artist of the Year.
